What is CSCS Card?

Construction Skills Certification Cards (CSCS) provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. These cards help improve standards and safety on UK construction sites.

It is not a legislative requirement to hold a CSCS card, but most principal contractors and major house builders require their workers to hold one before they can be on site.

To apply for CSCS Card follow the below steps:

  • Simply fill out the Apply Now form.
  • A member of our staff will call you back and take your information related to your CSCS card.
  • Then you'll have the option of completing the order payment online via payment link or over the phone.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation on your registered email address from us once your application has been processed.

  • To apply for a CSCS Card, fill out the CSCS Card Application Form.
  • If you are applying for the first time, select New Card.
  • If you are renewing or replacing an existing card, select Renew Card.
  • If you lost your card, select Lost Card.
  • Once you've reviewed your application and payment details, you'll receive an email confirmation from us.

How to get a CSCS cards?

How can I Renew my CSCS card?

Some CSCS cards can be renewed, but you have to pass an appropriate CITB test. You can find out which card needs this test by clicking on the card and reading the details about renewal.

Re-apply CSCS Green Labourer card Prior to 6 months of its expiry date or any time when its expired. Pass a CITB Operative test and submit your Level-1 Health and safety course in construction environment.

Renew CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card prior to 6 months of its expiry date or anytime when its expired. Pass a CITB operative test and submit your NVQ level-2 Certificate.

Renew CSCS Gold Advanced Craft prior to 6 months of its expiry date or within 1 years of its expiry. Pass operative or specialist test as per your trade you are working in and submit NVQ/SVQ Level-3 Certificate.

Renew CSCS Gold Supervisor Card prior to 6 months of its expiry date or within 1 years of its expiry. Pass supervisor test and submit NVQ/SVQ Level-3 Certificate.

Renew CSCS Black Manager Card prior to 6 months of its expiry date or within 1 years of its expiry. Pass manager test and submit NVQ/SVQ level-6 certificate.

CSCS Red Provisional Card cannot be renewed.

CSCS Red Apprentice card cannot be renewed.

CSCS Red Experienced Technical Supervisor or Manager Card cannot be renewed.

CSCS Red Experienced Worker Card cannot be renewed.

CSCS Red Trainee Card cannot be renewed.

CSCS White Academically Qualified Person Card cannot be renewed.

CSCS Professionally Qualified Person Card cannot be renewed.
